The design of the apartment building emphasizes attention to detail and ensures the residents’ privacy. It is a four-story apartment building, with two comfortable and contemporary apartments per floor. In total, there are 7 two-bedroom apartments (one of which includes a roof garden) and one single-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has covered private parking space and a storage room. The apartments offer unobstructed views, some towards the sea and others towards the city. The building is located in a quiet, residential area, just a few minutes away from the sea and with easy access to the highway leading to other cities. Within a very short distance, one can find supermarkets, cafes, schools, banks, and other social service buildings. The project is the result of a design by an experienced team of architects, civil engineers, and interior decorators.
